I found the staff to be happy and helpful . The treats left each day in my room were very nice. The location was perfect. I was able to walk to most sites easily. Underground access to Schonbrunn Palace was also quite convenient.
The noise from the street was quite noticeable. I could hear conversations all night.

i loved the spacious and clean room it had a kettle for tea and complimentary chocolates were waiting for me the hotel provided umbrellas for rainy days it was so thoughtful i found myself close to major attractions like stephansplatz it was convenient
the street outside got quite noisy at night because of nearby bars it was hard to fall asleep early

the staff was helpful and friendly i really appreciated having someone at reception available 24 hours they allowed me to check out an hour later at no extra charge it made my departure smooth

I found the breakfast excellent (especially the fresh pastries!). The location was convenient for visiting many attractions. My room was super clean. the bed and linens were super comfortable. I enjoyed the complimentary confectionery available at the reception.
